Budget 90k+ Need build suggestion

hello all,
Finally after months of patience and "Researching" I have finalized on the budget and usage of my first pc.
Please advice on a possible config.
Edits would be made when i feel i have missed something.
a similar request would also be posted on r/buildmeapc

Questions
  1. What is your budget?
    • 1.2 L +/- 20k.
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • I use an asus tuf laptop with Ryzen 7 4800h and 1650 Ti 60hz. from JAN 2021. ( I would not be using this laptop after i get the desktop. would be giving this to my dad. )
    • problem with my laptop is that I am not getting desired FPS in valorant.
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)
    • Monitor- Samsung odyssey G7 32 inch. ( 1440p, 240hz.)(got it recently for 26k)
    • keyboard and mouse
  4. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
    • Looking to buy all the components and build the pc by myself.
    • CPU- preferring Intel 13th gen over amd.
    • Mobo- My only input here is that I want atleast Micro ATX size, as i think having an ITX would make it difficult to build as i am a first time builder.
      • I am actually confused to go with DDR4/DDR5. I am sure that DDR4 is enough for my needs but am open to suggestions.
    • Ram- thinking of having 16 gb now, with 8X2. will get another 8X2 later if i feel like i need more ram.
    • GPU- preferring NVIDIA because of driver support for Blender. AMD/Intel is a no. Also preferring a GTX 1650 over the 30/40 series because I only want it for valorant @240Fps which I believe is possible after looking at some of the benchmark videos on youtube. also Turns out that valorant is a CPU Intensive game. So I think I would be fine with 1650.
      • If the build comes with iGPU. then I might buy the GPU after about a month. so that something turns up on Techenclave.
    • Cabinet- This is kinda important to me. I want the build to look good.
      • Don't want closed cabinets.
      • don't want cabinets with small window to view the insides, i want the whole side panel to be tempered glass. preferred front panel to be tempered glass as well but not necessary.
      • don't want cliché black with red/blue.
      • looking for a white/pink build.
      • saw the Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO and it looks good. but am not sure if it is over priced.
      • I do not know much about cabinets, so suggestions about it would be welcomed.
    • Storage- planning to have a 1 tb ssd and 1 tb hdd.
      • HDD is for keeping videos. not software/ games.
    • PSU- Any wattage psu is fine. If I have to upgrade my PSU due to my GPU upgrade that I plan to do after an year I would buy the PSU as well. Don't wanna get a PSU keeping in mind that I would be upgrading the GPU in an year.
    • PSU Cables- would like to look into this options as well. thinking of getting custom white/pink psu cables rather than the black ones that would be coming with psu.
    • Windows- idk how to pirate windows, will probably use the watermark version.
    • Cooling- I think AIO is fine, don't wanna water cool.
  5. Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
    • I don't plan to upgrade any part of the pc this year. I will probably upgrade the GPU after an year with a 40 series card, atleast a 4070TI. or the next 5000 series.
    • I may upgrade ram if necessary. or add some additional storage if i feel short of storage.
  6. Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)
    • most likely offline store in Bangalore.
  7. Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market
    • Yes. but preferably from Bangalore F2F sales.
  8. What is your intended use for this PC/hardware
    • Valorant- I only play this game and other aim trainers like aimlab and kovaaks. Mostly because there isn't much time for me to play other games and wanna get the most of my money from the game. I also got a 240 hz motnitor recently, and going to 240 hz from 60 hz should be night and day. so I wanna get the most of my hz. I am okay with other games running at 60fps also (if i get to play other games i.e. ) .
    • I am getting into blender, for 3-d modelling/ 3d printing. I am still a noob at it, just following tutorials as of now, I don't think I have reached a level of expertise where I would be requiring specific build for blender.
    • I am interested in scripting. Although I use my work laptop for working with Python, i may use it on my personal computer as well, if I want to do some side project with python.
    • I multitask a lot. always have opera browser open. always have discord open.
    • I like to make memes using Paint3d or VSDC video editor. but The work is very light.
  9. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them and the reason for your preference/dislike.
    • Most of the points here are discussed in point 4.
    • I preferred amd when i bought my laptop because it offered more cores/Threads compared to intel in the same price but i realized that i have not utilized much of the processor. I dont even remember using 50% CPU in task manager even while gaming.
    • I want to prefer Intel this time. would be willing to try amd if it is better.
    • GPU is going to be NVIDIA due to better driver for blender, amd/intel is a solid no.
    • The Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO looks good, not sure if it is overpriced. am open to cabinet suggestions as well.
  10. If you will be playing games then which type of games will you be playing?
    • Already mentioned in 8.
  11. What is your preferred monitor resolution for gaming and normal usage
    1. 1440p for all.
      1. 1080P is a no becuse of the huge size of the monitor. The screen is too blurry at 1080p.
    2. 240 hz for valorant, aimlab and kovaaks. 144/60 for other shooters.
  12. Are you looking to overclock?
    • No.
  13. Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?
    • Windows 11.
  14. Anythin else?
    1. This is my first build so am willing to a bit over the budget if needed. and i would possibly use this for a long time.

AMD R7 7700X based build (keep it power limited to 105W or so - default behaviour is stupid):
https://pcpricetracker.in/b/s/8dbd6e8e-6495-4f6e-976e-bffe080a024e

In not-so-demanding games, like Valorant, I have seen R7 7700X outperforming i5 13600K with DDR5 (easily will outperform it with DDR4). Also, AMD build is more futureproof with that B650E having a PCIe 5.0 GPU slot (in case you decide to wait till next GPU generation) & AM5 socket having a future upgrade path.

If you go with Intel-based rig as well, get DDR5 RAM for i5 13600K & AMD RX6500XT outperforms 1650 on PCIe 4.0 by 20%. The i5 13600K is slightly better for productivity but since you are new to it, not like 7700X is far inferior.
