Monitors Need HD LCD or LED monitor

Well i need a LED or LCD monitor which is HD for both Games and Movies

budget is like 12k

Going to get a 6850 or GTX550 or a GTX560

Get Benq E2420 HD - 24 incher full hd, TN panel though.
Or if you can extend budget, get Dell U2311H for 14.5k, its an IPS panel which is far superior to TN panels.
 
Go for Dell U2311H,slightly higher than your budget,but it's an IPS panel,so your movies will look awesome.TN panel are very poor for watching movies.
 
The Benq E2420HD offers better connectivity though. It has a couple of HDMI inputs, DVI, VGA etc. In case you desire to connect a console or two, later this display will be worthwhile. If the panel worries you, get the U2311H. It has a display port in addition to the DVI and VGA port.

Where has this been stated... most users of Dell U2311H have not complained about ghosting even after the response time is ~ 5ms. Can you back-up this claim?

OP if movie watching is on the list definitely look into the Dell U2311H too... its wider viewing angles mean even if you move a bit further away and not exactly perpendicular to the screen, the view will be good and the IPS panels are very good at color reproduction so that will make it all the better for HD movie watching... HD gaming and so on. Its future proof too with Display Port out.

But if budget prevents OR as Gannu has mentioned you need to plug-in consoles then go ahead with the Benq monitor.
