Budget 71-90K Need help asap

So i wanted to ask which way to go between Rog Strix 2021 Ryzen 7 4800h 3050 and Dell 15 Gaming Ryzen 5 5600h 3050?
requirements are basic just asking for value for money
ps- i will upgrade strix to 16 gigs
also should i go for strix ryzen 5 5600h 3050 or anything else cause i only wanna get over 80 if worth it's it
