Need help creating a custom desktop

Can anyone give a tutorial on how to create this: The Orange Clock Desktop

First download rainmeter.then go to deviant art.com search for wave,noche theme and download them and follow instructions to install.these are best themes currently.then search for rainmeter on deviant art and download skins and install .

I have already installed Rainmeter and Gnometer as given on that Lifehacker page.

I also have the other ingredients ie Simplesentencethree theme and Area 04.2 theme.

Now what to do with it all?

The wave and noche themes are for Windows 7, I have Vista.
