PC Peripherals Need help deciding which pc fans to buy.

Hello all,
I recently built my pc. I have a lian li case 215, it comes with two big fans on the front and one small exhaust fan.
I also have a 360mm AIO water cooler from cooler master, which is also at the front.
I don't have any more fans.
Currently I am not using the glass panel of the pc cause the airflow is not good. too many intake fans and only the one exhaust fan. I wanna buy three 120mm fans, two at the top and one to replace the exhaust fan cause the exhaust fan has no rgb.
Not sure which fans to buy. My requirements are:

1. should have ARGB.
2. should be white,
3. should be silent.
4. argb hub not required, I have the one that came with the case which is unused.

I see a lot of options for fans, and unsure on what to decide.

Buy the same 360mm AIO water cooler again, remove fans from it, put two on top and one on the rear. Problem solved.
