Need help in building a liquid cooler.

Guys i want a liquid cooler with pump for my PC.
If anyone able to build one for me can PM me.
As i will be able to use like AIO Liquid cooler.i will pay the amoint if anyone want to help and has a hobby building PC with Custom liquid cooler.
i will use it with my i7 7820x and MSI MEG X299 CREATION along with RTX 2080TI.
For cabinet,i will use it with cooler master cosmos 2

liquid cooling is not for everyone. It needs constant maintenance, building it is not so easy and parts are very expensive. you should do a lot more research.

expect to spend around 30-45K for liquid cooling alone
