PC Peripherals Need help in buying air or watercooling for my pc

Iam going to upgrade my pc .like some monster gaming and ive decided mother board and processor and I really need help in buying a cooling machine for my processor .

My rigs are:

AMD PHENOM II x6 1090t processor.
EVGA Classified 4waysli mother board.
XFX HD Radeon 5870
And i have a nzxt phantom chassis.

please help me with cooling option.

Secondly,
It would be good if you specified your budget. While a good air cooler can range from 3k - 6k without fan (except DH14). A watercooling kit won't be easily available here, will not be easy to install/fit, risky (if you are not careful enough while checking for a leak) and most importantly can cost anywhere from 8k upwards without fans.
