PC Peripherals need help on seasonic s12 ii 430 psu

Hi,
I'm from India, trying to assemble a desktop pc for movies, little coding, brousing.

I want to buy seasonic s12 ii 430 psu, i read good reviews, but i have below doubts regarding seasonic s12ii 430 psu,
1) I read it is discontinued (please see below link),

Is this true?
2) In online sites (flipkart, snapdeal, amazon) the warranty is mentioned as 3 years, but in seasonic website it is mentioned as 5 years, which is correct? Why there is a difference?

Looks like there's been a mild refresh of the series. Slight redesign of the external case. Specs seem the same, so not sure whats been changed internally if at all. In any case, it'll probably take months for the refresh to hit Indian shores.
