hey guys,
i cant get a clear idea of which tv tuner card is perfectly fine with windows 7 x64 with 4gb ram.The hauppage pvr 150 has a bug for which ill have to sacrifice 2gb of my gskills black which i dont want to..

Could u guys guide me with a gud tv tuner card for the above config to be used witha 24' hd monitor with its approx price in mumbai and availability if possible...!!!!
Please note ......i will be connecting the tv tuner card directly to the analog cable provided by the cable guy or if necessary will go in for a set top box to get sum clarity in the s-band channels..
Please guys note 1.model number of the card (compatible with win 7 64 bit..... with 4gb ram and fits the 24" screen)
2.price ..(if possible keep the budget to the...."LEAST".....)
3.will connect to to cable ..no dish tv,tata sky
