can some one help me i am totally new and bought a EVDO connection price arround 390rs and modem bought ZTE AC2766 from ebay.in but my EVDO is not working mostly, on exchange i quiried out given complaint but they told that connection is active and no problem on there end, but in my modem when i connect net, tower start getting fluctutate on of EVDO and 1X both mode, some times nill and stucks on A modem is about to be connected at last error comes "The Remote computer did not respond", is this problem of my device or computer as called the seller he told me windows software issue no problem in modem i am bit confused can some one please guide me. Thanks.

The main problem is no one using CDMA Modem in my area i tried in bsnl exchange they tested my modem with sim the funny thing is that EVDO tower is not stable in exchange also even they not have a spare evdo modem to test sim but they confirmed me that my modem is faulty, i have contacted seller and he accepted return replacement today dispatched.
