Graphic Cards Need help, Planning to upgrade from HD 4850 512 MB to 6670 1 GB

Hi All,

I currently have a 512 mb HD 4850 which so far has been doing ok expect for the heat issue. i am thinking for buying a 6670 1 GB DDR 5 but i am not sure if its worth an upgrade.

Please suggest if i should stick around with my current card or should i just go with 6670.

My HD 4850 is getting power from my corsair PSU, if i am not wrong the 6670 sucks power from the PCIe slot.

I don't think its a upgrade. Go for at least 6850 or preferably 6870. But if you can wait around a month, let the 7xxx cards be available. It'll be a lot better option.

Also which PSU do you have ?
