CPU/Mobo Need help.. Suggest a PC under 15k

Am looking for a PC for Home use.. lot of flash heavy sites and for Watching YouTube and HD videos... Is 15k enough? Please help me config a PC.
Am thinking of getting

CPU AMD X2 240
Motherboarb ASUS M2N 68AM
RAM 2GB
HD 500GB SATA Seagate/WD
DVD writer
Cabinet
Monitor 17" TFT

Any suggestion is welcome...
 
u sh'uld try at list an atlon x4 or phenom ii x 2 555 thats a better choice.... if u can increase u'r buget.....get good parts and ddr3 ram

that will help fast data transfer and quick result......
if title buget wait for experties to answer u or visit web site like of prime abgb or itwares to find u'r stufff.......

no recomention only suggetion.
