Need Help to buy a graphics card!

I was looking to get a new graphics card for my pc. My budget is around 23,000 rs. Can you suggest some gpus that can run any new games at max?

GTX 970 4GB would be the best bet, but I guess you might have to increase your budget a bit. Info about your current config will be helpful.
Or you can wait for a while for the release Pascal cards.
 
As @suhailkhan suggested, please provide info on current config. At present, assuming you have good PSU and your CPU is not bottle-necking, GTX970 is perfect choice. But still that is an assumption.
