Storage Solutions Need help to RMA an ADATA nvme SSD

Hi guys,
Reaching out on behalf of a friend. Looks like his ADATA nvme ssd has conked (screenshot included below).
Recently it wasn't allowing to boot into windows for sometime. It was purchased from Vedant Computers ~2 years ago and is still under warranty.
What will be the RMA process for this, he is located in Chennai. Would appreciate some help on this.

When I RMAed my Adata external HDD I contacted their support and they provided the numbers and address of their service centers. I contacted one such center and sent my HDD. Received replacement in a few days. I think Adata claims on its website that they have only carry in warranty in India while it is not true. Just tell the support that you want to ship it and not carry it.

You can check this snapshot i am attaching...found it in gigabyte service center delhi....

Have reached out to the Chennai Gigabyte Office. They are handling the RMA process.

18TB written on a 250gb drive in just 2 years (768GB per month OOF)? Just out of curiosity, what did he do? Mine Chia on this thing or what lol?

Lol, honestly don't know. He gave me his old pc to sell and went abroad.
I used it for a couple of weeks and prod around to find this.
I might put up a sale thread for this once I receive a new one (hopefully) from RMA.
This has RGB which I hate.
