Need help with Mumbai Customs Office

I ordered a product from UK for INR 800 on 2019-Sep-23.

The last update on 2019-Oct-09 stated :

There has been no update ever since. Please advice.

If you have the patience, try calling up Mumbai FPO. Be ready for at least 20+ tries. Speak to them and tell them how you can mail the correct invoice. There are no emails available for Mumbai's FPO which is surprising. - http://accmumbai.gov.in/aircargo/contact_us/Foreign-Post-office.html

It should get you some response. But you will need a special case number that your customs package has been assigned. So you will have to provide your tracking number over the phone to FPO person, get the case number, and then email the Custom guys before they just leave your package with 42% duties.

I called the number 022-2615 6344, they asked me for the tracking number and gave me a reference number. Then, asked me to mail my shipment invoice and ID proof at apso.mumbai.customs@gov.in requesting customs clearance.

Let's see when will it be cleared and if any customs will be levied.
