Need help with Paypal purchase

A friend of mine wants to purchase premium version of PDproxy (http://www.pdproxy.com/index.htm) but it only accept paymant through Paypal, Bitcoin and Perfect Money so if anyone can help me with purchase would be really helpful as in India we cant pay using paypal.

I dont have credit card but when I select upgrade after login to friends account I get this info
