Need Help with Seeding

Hi.

I need some help with seeding. I am using rTorrent client.

Requirement 1: Can I access the torrent status and things from Android or iOS?

Tried TorrentToise and one more, but the feeds are not being updated.

Requirement 2: Is there a windows client or widget for this? So that It keeps on getting updated in my laptop without me actually checking it?

I think rtorrent has some plugins that you need to configure to get web access.
For readymade access from android or other machine, use transmission client. It has a html user interface and you can browse to it from Android phone or iPhone if pc is connected to router. Its on port 8080 I think.
Fyi: I stopped torrenting more than a year back.
 
Ok. Let me check what needs to be done for rtorrent. I dont want things to be open so that anyone can access.
 
use transmission. Its the best and I use it all the time. It has a remote access function which I have never used till date...so really cant comment on it.
 
I am using Transmission remote client for windows , Transmission Remote GUI from sourceforge for my seedbox . Works excellent in windows OS . Rarely open transmission from Linux OS , maybe once a year as remote client is itself quite good
 
Well yeah it was has some plug-ins that you need to set up to get web accessibility. For ready made accessibility from android systems or other device, use transmitting customer. It has a web-page coding customer interface and you can surf to it from android phone or iPhone if pc is linked with wireless router.
