am having a prob. my cpu is not at all starting. Whn am pressing the button of power it start with in a sec it power off itself am not understanding wats happening.

some times it start nicely after some time it poweroff itself am in trouble wat to do....

A few suggestions....

Seen similar problem when a HDD died.

Disconnect ALL hardware and cables from mother board but leave only ram and display card and power on and see what happens.

Another reason can be a short cicuit with mother board when in the case - remove mother board out of case and power on and see if it starts.

Can also be a CPU or RAM seating problem or the power supply.

Saw this problem once when the reset button on the case was stuck in depressed mode. :(
