CPU/Mobo Need Motherboard

My download rig's mobo died yesterday. Processor is pentium d 805 2.66ghz (533mhz bus) and motherboard was Intel d101ggc. So need motherboard for this procy. I searched a bit and found these 2 boards

1)Intel DG41WV ddr3

2)Intel DG41RQ ddr2

But when i googled these board both board support 800mhz system bus processors but mine is 533mhz .

So will this processor work on any of these board ? else not please suggest motherboard.

Max budget 3.5k both for mobo+ ram.

DG41WV supports 800/1066/1333 bus speed and my processor D805 is 533mhz bus speed . Will it be compatible ?

Checked it is not compatible

, searching for other motherboards.

Just a suggestion, why not spend some more money and get a Pogoplug? Its a bit difficult to configure initially, but then, it will work, plus lower power too. You can down load from cyberlockers and torrents too.

EDIT:

Why not get a 2nd hand one? Should be around ~500 bucks approx....
