Need powerful router with bandwidth limiting for office

hi guys,
Need some help - need a router that is capable of handling 100 clients (mobile phones + desktops). And it should also be able to limit each connection to certain bandwidth .. for example each connection should be limited to max of 512kbps with some MAC addresses being able to connect at 2 mbps max

One more required feature is 5ghz

Really confused on this - can someone help ?
 
You might have to look for some corporate solutions, Router would struggle even with several repeaters.
