Budget 0-20k Need quiet 240mm AIO for Ryzen 7 2700

Thinking of getting an AIO for my Ryzen 7 2700 which is currently on the stock cooler. Case can support up to 240mm I believe. However, would like it to be as quiet as possible please. Also ITX case so easy fitting is a plus.

Budget is around 10K. From my basic searching, the Kraken X53 seems to be a good bet with both performance and silence. If anyone has any better recommendations, please let me know.

DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX L240T is 5k on Amazon , using it on 3600x for past few months no issue.

Dont go for AIO, a normal cooler makes sense.

Even in the increasing heat? Which cooler wld you recommend for the NCase M1?

How loud is it? What kind ambient noise does your setup have?

I live in a very Construction heavy area , 2-3 buildings being demolished & constructed. the Noise from the Cooler is not loud at all, feels similar to my old Corsair H100i.

Thanks that was super helpful. But these AIOs are mostly 280mm and above. Does the performance for the lineup remain the same in the 240mm category?
