Graphic Cards Need some guidance regarding upgrade

Hi,
I'm planning on upgrading my graphics card since i'm unhappy with IQ and framerates in my current setup. Thinking about GTX 660. Will I face any problems with the GTX 660 - CPU bottlenecking or PSU constraints? My rig is the same as in my signature. If you guys think I shouldn't upgrade graphics now and that there is something else which requires upgrade please suggest accordingly. At the moment i'm capping my budget at 20k.

I'm a little reluctant to shell out for a new CPU+mobo combo. Games I will be playing are Hitman Absolution, Far Cry 3 and similar FPS/Action titles.
 
^^ Your processor is unlocked to a Deneb class processor, right?

If yes then definitely the GTX660 is a good buy. Go ahead you will not regret the purchase.

Thanks! That's all the confirmation I needed. Yes, Its unlocked to Deneb - at stock clocks. I'm glad the rest of rig can still hold up
