PC Peripherals Need some suggestions from the pros

Hi ppl my first post in da forums.

My current rig specs are:

P4 2.4 Prescott + ASrock i845GV mobo(AGP) + 512MB Hynix DDR + XFX 5700LE 128MB + 40 GB Samsung HDD + Samsung DVD-RW + Logitech 2.1 Speakers + HP Pavilion M50 15"(from my old HP) + some noisy cabinet (that i purchased for about 1.2k)

Now the thing is i want to upgrade to the following new stuff and sell the corresponding old stuff.

1. Samsung/LG/Proview 17" TFT
2. AMD Athlon64 3200+ venice
3. A decent ASUS mobo with PCI-e
4. 6600GT(or higher if possible)
5. 1GB ram (i dont know if my existing ddr ram will work)
6. A decent noise free cabinet + power supply with a good
cooling solution.
7. additional 80 GB SATA HDD

My budget for the above is about 35-40k (excluding the exchange).
I can shell a few k's extra here and there.

Can u guys suggest a good combination with prices.
Also any trusted lamington road dealers u know of?
What price shud i expect for my used pro + mobo + gfx + ram + monitor?

Prices were supposed to drop from May 1 and might have!!
so prices should be much lower hopefully!!

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ - 5.5k,
Dunno 3200+? worth the extra cash if overclocking

Asus A8NE 2.0 motherboard - 5.5k if overclocking;
else get Foxconn NF4XK8MC mobo- 2k(this is the reduced price), contact Darklord!!

Transcend with samsung UCCC RAM, 2x512 DDR400 - 4k

LG 4167b DVD Writer - 2.4k

Seagate 80 GB SATA HDD -2.4k

BIG 6600GT 128MB- 8k, get a XFX 7600GT instead- 13k!!

Samsung 740N LCD monitor - 14k

Microsoft/Logitech Optical Mouse+Keyboard - 775/-

Powersafe 500W PSU, 24 pin- 2800 or lower!!

VIP/Zebronics ATX cabinet without PSU - 700 onwards
