Storage Solutions Need suggestion External or Internal HDD

Hi all....
This is my config running on "Corsair CMPSU-450VX"
GIGABYTE-MA790GP-UD4H, AMD Phenom2 940 BE, PALIT GTX 260 SONIC, Corsair 2X2GB, sony dvd drive and 500GB WD HDD. I am planning to buy another 1TB harddisk for data backup. Just wondered my PSU could handle one more 1TB internal hard disk or should I go for external HDD with power supply.
Pls let me know ur thoughts.
 
IMHO your PSU can handle one more HDD, get yourself a internal one but don't think it can handle more.
As you need HDD for backup buy WD or seagate low power drives.

hey thanks for the reply....u think 1TB seagate 7200.12 is fine?
 
LP series is available in 2TB only, right ?. Is it available in 1TB ?. If so where ?? In Chennai or Mumbai ??
 
^^ LP series starts from 1.5 TB, if you want low power 1 TB drive, the only options are WD green or Samsung F3 ecogreen.
