CPU/Mobo Need suggestions for buying Motherboard for Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHz

My home PC motherboard (DG35EC) has been defunct and needs replacement. I prefer reusing the following components:-
1) Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4 GHz Processor
2) Western Digital 1TB SATA HDD
3) 2GB DDR2 RAM Transcend (Open to better options for this one)

Any suggestions/ info appreciated!
 
LGA775 socket motherboard being old generation are sparsely available these days.

Few options that I was able to find online are:
Zebronics G31 chipset mobo @2.8k: http://www.snapdeal.com/product/zebronics-g31775-socket-mother-board/427778
Gigabute G41 chipset mobo @5k: http://www.snapdeal.com/product/gigabyte-gag41mcombo-motherboard/186246
ebay has some unbranded LGA775 motherboards listed under 3k.

If you are thinking of getting mobo in 5k, then it's better to consider an upgrade to core i3 system.
core i3 IVY (3rd gen) based system: core i3 3220(~7.2k)+ H61 chipset mobo(~3.3k)+ 4GB RAM (~2k) would set you back for around 12.5k.
core i3 Hasswell (4th gen) based system: core i3 4130 (~8k)+ H81 chipset mobo(~4k) + 4GB RAM(~2k) comes for around 14k.
 
Intel Core i3 Haswell (4th Gen) based system: Core i3 4130 (~8k) + H81 Chipset Mobo (~4.5k) + 4GB RAM (~2.5k) comes for around 15k is your best bet even for future proofing purpose as well.
