CPU/Mobo Need Suggestions for Chassis and Thermal Paste

Make me suggestions for the following

Chassis
This is to build a PC for my cousin with the spares that I have lying around. Needs to accommodate the Gigabyte X48-DQ6 motherboard (30.5 cm x 24.4 cm) without making it too cramped inside. Some of the mid towers become too cramped when a full size ATX board is installed.

Budget preferably under 3k or lower. I would prefer to buy online.

Thermal Paste
What are the good non electrically conductive thermal pastes these days. MX4 seems to be either unavailable or too costly. Is the Deepcool Z9 any good? Any other options that I can order online.
 
SPEC 01 looks small length wise @ 447mm

Anything else to consider SPEC 02/03 seems lengthier. What about Deepcool Tesseract Dimensions wise, it is also bigger @ 474mm, but not sure about internals.[DOUBLEPOST=1460365494][/DOUBLEPOST]Ordered the Deepcool Tesseract (version without the side window) and Z5 of Amazon. Didn't see much value in trying to purchase the SPEC02/03 of Amazon considering the cost.
