AMD HD 6670 ~5500/-

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB ~6500/- [hard disk prices are high due to floods in Thailnad]

Corsair Force 3 60GB SSD ~7500/- [you need atleast a 120GB SSD to actually utilize its potential fully, so again you are hamstrung by your budget]

Seasonic S12II 520W ~3500/-

Dell Ultrasharp U2312M ~14500/- [per piece]

NZXT Gamma ~2600/- [add 2 x 120mm fans to this ~700/- to set up a good airflow in the cabinet]
Your budget is not sufficient to accommodate all the components you require, please reprioritize OR wait till April for Intel prices to stabalize as well as hard drive prices to go down [hopefully].

Hope this helps, Cheers!!

how/why??

Well depending on your edition of Windows [Ultimate / Home Premium / Professional], a size-able chunk of a 60GB SSD will go into keeping the OS where will you install you applications that require the SSD advantage, that is why a 120GB SSD is better in the long run.

Please note SSD performance tapers of rapidly as it becomes full of data.
