Need to bond 2 internet connections or have one as a backup

I use ACT Fibernet and Airtel Broadband at home. Until recently ACT was good but their service levels have gone down a lot and see a lot of downtime. So I got another Airtel Fiber as a backup connection. I picked up a TP-Link ER605 router for load balancing/backup handling but yet to set it up. My ACT is on a 400Mbps plan and Airtel is on 200 Mbps. I have a RAX 120 WiFi 6 router and would want the router to have internet all the time from any one ISP. Any recommendations? Is the ER605 a good choice ?
