PC Peripherals Need URGENT help from CM 390w smps owners, n other great techies

I have got this CM-390w smps,
and it seems like it is not powerful enough to provide power to my TV tuner card, i am using pinnacle PVTC PCI card.
I want to know if CM 390 w lacks the power or its the case of me getting a BAD piece.
Pls reply guys, ASAP
Going tomorrow to NP, so i have to decide to get it replaced or to change it some other power supply.
 
probably u hv got a lemon even a generic psu will be able to power a tv tuner card as the power is drawn from the mobo circuitry.And not directly from the psu what is ur full config let us know that too.

2*1gb kingston 800mhz
 
Whr should i take my CM SMPS to get replacement
my dealer or do they have any customer care center in delhi

i need to make this thing work by tomorrow

If it's a new piece, deal with dealer. if it's a few months old, talk to your dealer and let him guide you.

BTW, how you reached the conclusion that your SMPS is not powering up your TV tuner card

yes guys, i have done everything.

i have another zeb 500 w smps, n everything is working like charm with that.

so it has to be the SMPS porblem, right??

May be your CM -390 is kaput, get it RMA.
