Monitors Need Urgent Help : No display on monitor

I was trying to remove top cover and front cover for installing fans in CM690. I removed the top cover but while I was removing the front my hand got cut. So I stopped the whole thing and made it back the way it was.

Now when I restart my cpu, there's no display on lcd. No signal.
I have checked all the connections, everything seems fine.

Please help..

NO Display-Check out with rams.......

Remove the Rams , rub them with sum eraser and insert it properly.....

When everything was fine... GPU fan used to noise when I switched on the computer. But now the fan keeps making noise seems as it is running at full speed.

I switched my ram from one channel to another still no change..

I will try to rub them with eraser..
