Need your help for HD player

Hi Guys,
I want a HD Player for my 42inch LCD TV(HDMI), below is my requirements
1. It must also support USB connectivity ,VGA Support & HDMI playback(High Resolution).
2. I want to use it for both data storage and palying movies in tv(copying from desktop pc to tv)
3. It must support all the format(atleast max possible), so I can download,copy and play it in TV
4. It must support all kinds of image format.
5. Must support at least 250gb or more.

Light Weight & portable(small size)

budget within 3-4k.

I am new to the hd stuff,Please suggest good one.

If you can spend more,WD Live Hub. It has no Internal storage, you can go for 2TB WD NAS and connect to WD hub. I think there is no HDMI port., but the AVI cables.

You will also need to buy wireles N dongle alongwith it, if you are planning to stream movies to hub.
