Windows Phone Mango: The new kid on the block
1. Samsung Omnia W:- Windows Phone 7 is a completely transformed OS, ever since the Mango update arrived. I would go on to say Microsoft has managed to offer a better user experience than what Android offers, at least as far as the UI slickness and the ability to add a lot of visual goodness on hardware that Android would usually struggle to make a good impact on. The Omnia W walks the line of brilliance in terms of performance. The 3.7-inch Super AMOLED display, 5MP camera and 8GB internal storage make up the critical specs. Add an excellent battery life, and what you have is a very capable smartphone.

2. Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray (Rs 18,500)
This is one of the latest Android devices from Sony Ericsson. It has a sleek and stylish design, the latest Android 2.3 and a 1 GHz Scorpion processor.
The other attractive part is its 8.1 megapixel primary camera with Sony's Exmor imaging technology, which ensures that it is one of the best cameras in the business. It also records high definition videos and comes with a Flash. The phone has a secondary VGA camera for video calls.
The 3.3 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen, though small against the current crop of smartphones with huge screens, is attractive with Sony's Bravia engine display technology.
The music capability is good as is expected from a phone coming from Sony. Overall this phone is a good mix of tested technologies from one of the best in the industry. However, some might find the price too steep at Rs 18,500.

3. The Galaxy Nexus Expected price in india is around 23 to 24K approx
The Galaxy Nexus have excellent features including Android Beam, Face unlock, Siri type voice dictation. The Nexus has a 720 x 1280 pixels, 4.65 inch curved Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen.

4. Dell Venue Pro Price: Rs.15490
The Dell Venue Pro is a slick and complete slider QWERTY smartphone with a touchscreen. This phone houses a Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) OS that is capable of handling all your business and personal needs. The Venue Pro from Dell operates through a 1 GHz Scorpion processor.
The Dell Venue Pro has a 4.1-inch screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. This screen helps you view the entire page without you having to strain your eyes or having to pan your screen. The Venue Pro uses the Dell Stage user interface.
The Venue Pro has a 5 megapixel camera built in with an LED flash and autofocus option that allows you to click quality images. The camera also has a geo-tagging facility. This Windows smartphone is capable of HD recording and can record videos with a maximum resolution 720p.

Design
The Dell Venue Pro rolls out with an AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. This smartphone has an accelerometer for UI auto-rotate and also a proximity sensor for auto turn-off. A multi-touch input ensures you get your work done faster than usual.

Storage and battery
The Dell Venue Pro is driven by a Li-Ion 1400 mAh battery. The Dell Pro has an internal memory of 16 GB that can be used to save your music, videos, files and information.
Connectivity and Features
The Dell Venue Pro is equipped with GPRS, EDGE, 3G and Wi-Fi ensuring you are always able to connect to the Internet without any hassles. This phone has Bluetooth and a USB port facility to connect to other devices.
The Venue Pro is essentially your office in your pocket. It has MMS, Email and Push Email along with work related applications like Document Viewer and Document Editor enabling you to work just as effectively as you would if you were sitting at your office desk. You can access social networking applications like Facebook and Twitter on this smartphone. This Dell phone is preloaded with an YouTube application that will keep you entertained. This phone also has A-GPS support telling you exactly where you are and guiding you to where you need to be.

If i want to choose from this all. I go with Dell venue pro, Because it's have much more features then the others less than 20K mobiles even he beat some high rated mobile to except .
The Galaxy Nexus and the latest few mobiles. The dell venue pro is the best. If you want to buy online than the link is:- http://www.flipkart.com/dell-venue-pro-mobile-phone/p/itmczcr3cgs4zh42

Hopes to help. Cheers

Samsung all the way, particularly if onboard camera and internet functionality is of the highest priority, (after actually making calls  ) their android os is very user friendly and our good friends at apple continue to lose ground because of their proprietary sw......... people don't necessarily want to be locked into itunes & icloud............. (which isn't to say that their product is total rubbish, because there is a certain style to it)...

@Akash

I don't undderstand why is everyone suggesting GNex ?? no doubt its a good piece and all but.......
It is not gonna launch in Indian...thats the offical word from samsung

So if you want to spend 23k on a phone without bill and warranty then its the best phone you could get....GNex all the way
On the other hand,if you would like to have a bill as well as the warranty on the phone then get Motorola Atrix 2 at 20K

If browsing and photos are the main things, PureView 808 is way above the budget. Other than that best camera-phone is still the N8 (not very popular Nokia!)

If you are not a fandroid, consider the Lumia 800 - just feel it once in your palm, and ....
