Needed Urgent help regarding VCC

See, the problem is that i need a USA based VCC in order to make payment to UPS in USA.

The payment i need to make is 30$, i had provided them with my CC/DC, but their gateway declined it :(:(

My request is from any person, who has a Bank account in USA, and can generate VCC of 32$, please help me :(

I will reimburse you back 35$, by whichever mean you want, NEFT, WU, GC, or some items buying online :(

Do you have paypal payment option ?
Also how do you plan to VCC? Or you just need a USA CC using which you want to make payment ?

I will have to give the credit card number and expiry only, over the phone to their brokerage department :( There's no paypal option, tried with entropay, UK vcc, India debit card, nothing did worked :(

You basically need a credit card number and expiry date with hopefully only 30$ in it ?
I can generate one and give you.

But just a warning, there is a faint chance that the transaction might be put on hold at first. Because i have not used the credit card for last few months and Bank Of America might hold the transaction. So if that happens, i need to know so i can tell the bank people on chat that i authorize the transaction.

I don't need 35$ in return, just the Indian equivalent of 30$ is fine.
