Laptops Netbook under 20k?

my masi wants to buy a netbook, solely for the internet,

she wants :
8" + screen
3 hours or more battery life

Hi..well i wont be able to suggest u for something under 20k. But one product is very much suitable for u. Hp compaq mini 700 netbook. Its for 25k.
