Any DYI NAS cabinet will also do(should have atleast few(more than 3) swappable HDD slots.

yep. the same can be used as NAS with a sata port multiplier and single board computer.( raspberry pi or banana pi)

Not looking for mobile rack units cause those require a cabinet anyway.
