Wassup TE Brothers...it time i build a new PC as my daily driver, i have been managing my i3 laptop for all the photoshop/ premier pro stuff i do but now my laptop cant keep up with all the razzmatazz!! hence i need your humble help to finalize a new Desktop!!!

Thanks! for the suggestion, what from all these components would you recommend importing from the us if there is a significant price difference? I was thinking of gpu/ram/proc and even an ssd..for the system drive ?

nothing much difference getting from US ..... except SSD
 
Why not a skylake build??
Haswell is already at the end of life now
OP wont get any resale of upgrade if he wishes to do that in future
