The upcoming HTC One Max has already leaked previously in live pictures, but freshly leaked pictures suggest that the phablet might feature a fingerprint scanner on its back for unlocking and authentication purpose.

Taiwanese site ePrice which leaked the live pictures of One Max earlier has got hold of new pictures of One Max with a fingerprint scanner below the camera. The image shows the HTC One and One Mini also next to the One Max which shows larger size of the phablet.

We can also notice three dock connectors on the back which suggests that the One Max may have a compatible docking accessory from HTC.

According to the leaks and rumors till now, the One Max will have 5.9 inch 1080p display and similar design as the HTC One with dual front facing speakers and Ultrapixel camera. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset with 2.3 GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. It will have removable back cover with 3,300 mAh battery.

We are not sure whether the One Max will really have the fingerprint scanner, it is possible that it will be for selected regions, or the device in picture could be a test prototype.

The One Max is expected to be unveiled next month and retail availability is expected from October.
