CPU/Mobo New motherboard for Intel 3rd gen ?

Which motherboard is good in today's time which can last atleast 5 to 10 yrs for below cpu

CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
RAM - Gskill 4 gb ram

Also let me know which power supply would be better?
Also I need to know which sound card n HDMI cable would be good or better for long term. I have dell 2312 monitor

Processor is 3rd gen bro. You'll not get any good branded ones. cheap Chinese rebranded boards are only way to go. Lasts avg 3 yrs. Get a H61 or B75 motherboard from Zebronics/Frontech/etc at around ₹1200

Antesports 450W or 400W should be fine if you use 1050 GPU and below.
HDMI cable is amazon brand HDMI
Soundcard I use Audient iD4, M audio cheapest are good too.
Motherboard search used on Facebook Marketplace for branded ones.

don't go with unbranded Motherboards, I did in 2020 for 2nd Generation Intel CPU but it didn't work good even 3-4 months (Rs.3000/- wasted)
If you can .. search/wait for any good branded used board here with TE for existing CPU (will not advice buy from any other source.. for reason)
buy New Processor/Board/PSU in your budget, it will surely last for 5-10 yrs. with no headache.

About HDMI cable, I don't have good experience with up to Rs.450/- price (standard size cable) as in 2020 tried 3 cables, all fails and finally again start using old HDMI cable that came with Dell Monitor.
 
For a 3rd gen Intel, your best bet would be ebay to be honest.
Find a branded used board and get it shipped.

You can also try visiting local shops to check if they have any stocked from old scrapped builds.

An optiplex barebone from a refurbishing dealer either local or on OLX. Should be around 3500 or less for a motherboard, case, power supply and CPU cooler.

Connected to a surge protector and UPS, it should last a few years more. Remember again that 3rd gen went out of production over ten years ago.
