Ok guys can you suggest a good computer under 20000? Ill be using it for gaming and multimedia purposes.

And please suggest an ok graphics card. I wont be playing games in top notch quality. I just wanna play them with okay graphics and not get stuck.
And what ram should I get? Also can you suggest a motherboard that has a few slots so that i can keep modifiying it? My budget is 20k. 5k-6k for processor, 5k-7k for graphics card. I currently have a really bad monitor. samsung syncmaster 540n. So if i can get a good moniter, it would be awesome. Thanks for all the help in advance guys!
