Forum Feedback New posts not working from main page

Hi,
The New posts doesnt seem to be working when i click it from the pain page (www.techenclave.com) . I get this error -

Warning: main(/home/techencl/public_html/includes/init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/techencl/public_html/forums/global.php on line 20

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/techencl/public_html/includes/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/techencl/public_html/forums/global.php on line 20

I'm using Opera 9.00 , win xp.

It works once I enter the forums though.

Another similiar problem. When i try to login from the main page I get this

However if i click on the forums link, and login from there, it works fine. Have verified this on 2 comps, 1 WinXP Home, the other WinXP Prof. Firefox 1.5.0.6 on both.
 
There is a bit of a problem for logging in and checking new posts via the portal. We are working on rectifying the same.

As mentioned in the main announcement, there is a compatibility issue with the other two skins..Lite and Dark.

We are trying our best to see that we can replace them. Kindly bear with us while we arrange for something else.
