Budget 15-20K New Smartphone

I've been doing some research on the latest smartphones i would like to know if i should wait for the new Nokia lumia 720 since it's got an hd front camera or go for the 820. (any other os/ brand will also do). Budget(15k-25k).

If you really want WP8 then I would suggest the Lumia 820 as it has 1 GB RAM. Many games require 1 GB ram to run. It will simply not install on 512 MB ram based phones like the Lumia 720.

The Lumia 720 will most likely have a better camera and has better battery life to boot but the 8 MP shooter on the 820 is pretty decent and the 820 battery should last a day easily. I love AMOLED screens so thats one more point to the Lumia 820's favor.
