Android nexus 4 Creaking sound

got me new phone yesterday from ebay and now i noticed a creaky sound from the bezel area

should i rma it ??
i talked to seller and he said u can replace it if u want ?? or just live with it

 
How are planning to RMA it? Did the seller say he is going to replace it? I guess you will be paying for shipping. Can you please tell me which seller you got it from?
