If i remember it right, when i complained about my Nexus 4, you also mentioned that after my sale is completed, you will not sell the nexus 4 anymore since it is having such issues.
Still you sold a Nexus 4 to bking in the next few days which turned out to be a used/repaired phone and you can easily tell that by just having a glance at the phone. So much for your Preliminary checks!!

Leave all of them apart. You said that you stopped selling Samsung phones but Shantanil Roy seems to be selling a note 3 purchased from you on 9th January 2015. So much for the claim tat you stopped selling Samsung! Man stop making stupid excuses.

He was not purchased, that was his replacement unit which I gave.

[*]I asked shantanil to check his note 3 but he didn’t want that and asked me sell it of here in Kolkata. I personally have the set with me 2 weeks and I checked all the things exept the IMEI matching (it’s my fault I know).

Haven't you yourself mentioned here that shantanil didn't want the phone and you kept it with yourself for 2 weeks for selling.

It was a replacement and the total thing was shantanil's matter, not yours. Why are you doing this? Have shantanil said anything to you? I have cooperated all the time with him. He is a good guy as well as good buyer. Have you a single post in here? You left negative feedback and I think the purpose of this thread is now over. If shantanil wants something I think he can create a thread.

It is because, you are continuing to sell repaired/refurb phones. Shantanil was initially selling the phone as a new one later he found out that IMEI was not matching and then termed it as refurbished in his sale thread. You are still taking buyers for a ride purposely and using their ignorance/lack of knowledge and selling them repaired/refurb phones without informing them.

The mods will close the thread whenever they want. You don't need to tell them. Or did this thread scared the shit out of your pants now?

You sold refurb phones claiming it as new. That was your first mistake. Then you didn't even verify the authenticity of the phones. Your second mistake. Last but not the least, you still refuse to take responsibility for your goof-ups and put the blame on something/someone else and making stupid excuses trying to save your arse. Keep it up.
