Can’t install due to space limitation in my cabinet.
Selling brand new, NF-A15 HS-PWM chromax.black.swap with “black” colour anti-vibration pad only while keeping the rest. So I don’t know if you would be able to claim any warranty without returning the extra(coloured) vibration pads included inside. Which I’m not selling. So, it’s up to the buyer to convince primeabgb and ask them to keep the extra vibration pads from the replacement unit/box and send the fan only. I’m not sure if such request will be entertained by them.

Most likely warranty is fulfilled by Primeabgb. Not an issue. Prime is quite reputed website. The NH-D15S I bought separately from Vedantcomputers. But fortunately it has Acro engineering(distributor) sticker.

Yeah Acro should be handling it. My D15 is imported by Acro and even mentions them as the contact for customer service on the label.
Edit: Should make it clear that I wasn't particularly referring to OP's fans.

Yeah Prime is, but probably not the only one now. Have shot Noctua an email just for the sake of it. I'll update once there's a reply.

Edit: I may have botched it [emoji1787]. They were like: just email us, that's how we roll.
