Camera Nikon D3100 from quickr, is it safe ?

I exchanged few messages with a seller.This guy is seeling his nikon D3100 which is 18months old for rs.17000.
Is 18months old this price a good buy ?
Can an ad on quickr be trusted ?
 
Unless you are going to meet the seller in person and finish the deal, I would advice you to stay away from OLX and Quickr.
 
OP, Im selling my 2 months old D3100 with Lens kit & original accessories/box. Only clicked about 10 pics.

Surely i would be interested.
Pm the price you are willing to sell it but before telling me your expectation do keep in mind on snapdeal i can get d3100 for rs.23000 with all the accessories and lens.
So offer a price which looks good to buy at.
