A couple of my friends are going to go on a shopping rampage in Singapore in a couple of days :clap: ..
Since I've saved up a good amount of money, I really and I mean REALLY want to get a Wii . What I'm concerned about is the "Region Lock" :S . Now, I don't mean to sound ignorant and frankly googling did not provide me with the answers that first-hand users would
hyeah: . So, basically, I want to know :
1) Is the region lock -the supernatural omnipresent phenomenon threatening to rock the very foundation of free society, applicable to the Wii ?
2) If yes, then how do we, mere mortals, overcome this obstacle ?
3) Is overcoming the obstacle going to be a pain in the arse ?
4) Frankly, is it advisable to be non-patriotic (and evade customs duty) and acquire this magnanimous object of sin from Singapore instead of just buying it from here ? (Well it DOES save your hard-earned 3-4 grand !)
5) The Games ! - Is it easy to d*wn**** and burn :ashamed: the games ? (I'm not going to do it !! just curious

Also , a friend, a GTA-junkie wants to buy a PS3 to,in his words, "fulfill his perverse GTA fantasies" :rofl: ... and was in a dilemma as well. He wants a PS3 desperately because he thinks that he can still play his old PS2 games on it as well (Well, he IS cheap :bleh: ). So another set of questions if-you-please ..:hap2: :
