Storage Solutions No access to the folder in External Hard Disk

Hi

I am using Transcend External HD drive. I have a peculiar problem, i can access the files directly saved in the HD drive whereas, I can not access the files saved within the folders. I am getting an error message "Cannot access folder".

Please suggest

Have you used this hdd with any other windows pc and setup any policies ?
