Hi,
I have been facing his issue from about past 6 months. When i turn on my desktop PC, everything except the monitor seems to start. There's the sound of SMPS starting, processor running and the DVD ROM working and everything else the monitor. I have to restart it in order to get the display. Recently i got the fan of SMPS replaced as it was making a lot of noise. Now it doesnt makes noise. The guy told me that the display issue could be due to SMPS thing. However, the issue hasn't been resolved yet. Help!
