Monitors NO Display on my ViewSonic Monitor. Plzzz Help !!!

Hi,

The problem with my monitor is that i get no display.
No issue with the gfx card because im using another monitor on it.
Power cord of the monitor is working.
No software issues.
Also the orange 'idle' light turns to GREEN when i turn the pc on indicating the monitor is on and should display the screen but i get nothing(no light/glow at all).

Model - ViewSonic VA1912wb.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem before ??
is it a minor/major problem ??
Any service centers in or near Thane ??
I still have two months left on my 3 yr warranty but i lost the bill.. can i claim the warranty ??

I think yes because Viewsonic Warranty is with SN give them a call and you might want to ruchs things up a bit.
 
i was asked for bill since those service engineers also check the date of manufacture on back of lcd. if your monitor manufacture date and buy date is months apart you might have to pay service charges if you don't have the bill.
