Noice cancellation earphones

Hi guys , i am looking for noise cancellation earphones . Basically i will be using it inside the bus to watch movies, listen to songs etc. Anything in the range of ep630 or any Sennheiser equivalent. Preferably need a new one with warranty . I am from Bangalore.
